3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically records information that your browser transmits in so-called log files:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested page or file

- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
This data is required to deliver the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Contact form, e-mail and phone
If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, the services you need, budget and your message as required fields; company, phone number and deadline as optional fields) in order to handle your request. The same applies if you contact us by e-mail or phone.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your entries are transferred to Formspree's servers in the USA and forwarded to us by e-mail. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR as well as our legitimate interest in efficiently handling requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If you do not want your data to be processed in the USA, you can simply write to us by e-mail at info@invrt.studio instead.
